New study confirms soft skills needed

            From article

The lack of soft skills in the local workforce, especially among younger employees, has long troubled area businesses. And one new study, conducted by Family Connection Glynn, illustrates that area employers still feel it’s the leading challenge confronting the labor force.

That was the message Melinda Ennis-Roughton, executive director for Family Connection Glynn County, and Faith Copeland-Pittman, business services recruiter with the Georgia Department of Labor, shared with the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce at its regular meeting Wednesday.
